codes university degrees and diplomas, old system, refer to page 52 to page 65; codes
degrees acquired by the new system, since 1999 , refer to page 65 to pag.85;
baccalaureates to see from pag.85 pag.93;
ratings by pag.93 to pag.109;
These codes with its designation of the degree, are required on page 2 of the model be completed and possibly to page 3.
On page five, the model, data are required for language skills and this information can be found at page 110 of the user manual.
Given the overlapping of many tasks by this office, please give the model completely filled in its entirety accompanied by his signature.
