Beaches Wellness represent a real opportunity to enjoy a holiday in harmony, creativity and health. They offer a structured program of actions to help in a simple and understandable by all, to bring balance to the emotions, mind and body. The beach transforms into a container of events designed to ensure holiday-makers and to the many residents who enjoy their sea, relaxation and fun. The philosophy and objective of the project are to make the beach a place of ultimate well-being through psycho-bodily disciplines bio natural, oriental dance, workshops, meditations, techniques massage, interactive conferences, meetings with authors, Albe Wellness, striking out on a sailing boat to relax and meditate at sunrise.
